Chimneys is in Acharacle, on the shores of Loch Shiel.

To find us:

FROM THE SOUTH (Glasgow, Stirling)
Take the A82 from Crianlarich, passing down Glencoe and through Ballachulish. Follw the A82 rtowards Fort William and pass through Onich. Just north of Onich take the well-signposted vehicle ferry from Corran to Ardgour.

Turn left when leaving the ferry on to the A861 signposted Strontian. Go through Strontian and stay on this road until you enter Acharacle. Pass the row of shops on your left and climb a very small hill with a left-hand bend at the top - Chimneys is on the right just beyond this bend.

FROM THE NORTH (Inverness, Fort William)

Take the A830 from Fort William/Inverness) to Lochailort. Take the A861, passing through Glenuig to Acharacle. Pass the Shielbridge Hall on the left and then a junction on the right signposted 'McNaughton Crescent'. Chimneys is just beyond this junction on the right.

FROM THE NORTH (Skye, Mallaig)
From Skye take the Armadale ferry to Mallaig. (Note: the road route round by the Skye Bridge involves an extra 105-mile drive via Fort William.) From Mallaig take the A830 south (the only road). At Lochailort turn right on to the A861, passing through Glenuig to Acharacle. Pass the Shielbridge Hall on the left and then a junction on the right signposted 'McNaughton Crescent'. Chimneys is just beyond this junction on the right.
